Michael was highly professional, timely, and considerate when helping my wife and I find and purchase our home. He took into account our wants and needs and helped us to make wise decisions with all the years of combined experience his team has. He made a powerpoint for us to take note of what we were looking for so that we could have something to look back on when we were faced with different choices, and that helped us end up with the perfect home. He are super organized and proactive, and we were equipped with all the tools and knowledge needed for searching, purchasing, and owning a home! He even gave us a labeled file folder to help us keep track of our documents. Michael did a wonderful job helping us find a home, putting in an offer, and counseling us throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Michael from the Hard Working Nice Guy's Team, because he is genuinely a very hard working, nice guy!!
