He are super organized and proactive, and we were equipped with all the tools and knowledge needed for searching, purchasing, and owning a home! He even gave us a labeled file folder to help us keep track of our documents. Michael did a wonderful job helping us find a home, putting in an offer, and counseling us throughout the whole process.
