The time from when I first contacted them until the closing date was just slightly over two months. Second, they were also incredibly helpful in organizing all of the work to sell the condo (cleaning, some light maintenance, etc.). While they were acting as my sales agent, it almost felt as if I had a personal assistant. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and were even willing to help with some tasks that were only tangentially related to selling the condo. Finally, they were very quick to set up electronic signatures on any document that did not require notary services, which made filling out all of the paperwork as simple as possible.
