I would 100% recommend using Michael Viands as your realtor. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 100. He's knowledgeable of the market, he quickly and thoroughly responded to all my inquiries, and kept me informed throughout the buying process. His agreeable personality coupled with zero "pushiness" make him an ideal realtor. I really cannot say enough good things. Best realtor I've ever used (and I have used many). He's the best by far.
