Very disappointed in the service he provided as...
Very disappointed in the service he provided as the listing agent. Showed home only once and that was during the open house. Had one open house in 3 months. He was not very motivated in getting the house shown and sold. He did not keep me informed on any inquires about the house. I had to call him and ask him. He seemed to not have a genuine interest in helping others. For Sale sign was stolen from the front yard, and it took him over 10 days to place another sign in front of the property. I will not recommend him to my family and friends when they need a realtor. I should have done more research in finding the right realtor to assist me.
