When it finally came time to sell my property, he made sure I was aware of all contingencies and made recommendations where necessary in some cases changing my approach or plans. Lastly, Michael has always been punctual and diligent on execution. He made sure documentation was completed in a timely fashion and managed the project thoroughly through to its end.
