Very thorough and market savvy

Michael helped me find a home in a very complicated/buyer-beware Florida market where digging into the details for condominiums, Townhomes, and SFDs led us on a long journey to find the right place. He was extremely collaborative and listened to my objectives offering excellent guidance. He became a partner in the effort to the point that I felt comfortable buying the home remotely. I went through 3 other FL realtors and glad I found him - he was the only one that knew all the nuances of the issues I would be facing and patiently and honestly explained the pros & cons. He probably saved my arse at least a couple times. I highly recommend him to any buyer in FL, at least from areas N. Miami to Jupiter where we were looking. I would also use him as a selling agent because of his practical due diligence and integrity.
