Michael Turner led and oversaw the recent subdivision and sale of my sister’s property in Colorado Springs. I am quite sure the sale was, for Michael, made more laborious by my geographical distance (I live on the east coast) and by the unavailability of the owner (due to illness). While as agent-in-fact I could act for the owner, I knew almost nothing about the property or the community and less than nothing about the market in COS or how to work with the county on the subdivision. Fortunately, Michael knew everything and everybody and was able to facilitate every aspect of the sale from the strategy of the sale to the most technical aspects of developing the land and water management plans to the close. He was infinitely resourceful. At one point in the winter, I remember Michael standing in a pool of water seeping from underground to identify the source of water and arranging for a trusted contractor to repair a burst pipe. On another occasion, when I was hamstrung by my geographical remove and the inability of a car carrier to navigate the property’s steep and winding drive, Michael arranged for and personally delivered a car to a suitable pickup point. If, on a rare occasion, Michael did not have a ready answer, he immediately made the calls to find the answer and let me know. Michael came very highly regarded and never disappointed. He earned the highest praise from my real-estate-agent-skeptical wife: “Oh, if that’s what Michael recommends, let’s go with that. I trust him implicitly.”

We fully enjoyed working with Michael. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We had a few hiccups from our seller. He was there ready to bat for us when any issue came up. There were details with the home we would have looked over if Michael wasn't there. We didnt necessarily know how to go about buying a new home. His team was very patient and responsive as well.
