Michael is a gem and actually made the entire process of buying a home FUN. His knowledge of the area, home values and market trends, and home availability is unmatched, but what I appreciated most about him was his honesty. He’d be the first to tell me if he thought something wasn’t a good investment. Also — he knows about the construction of a home, not just the appearance. As we walked through homes, he took the time to tell me what he saw as potential issues, and what he thought was worth the investment. And he’s FUNNY.
