I first spoke to Michael when I was selling my coop and he was handling a friends sale in my building. I found him to be friendly and personable and genuinely a nice person. I had not moved in 10 years and Michael knew just what to do to make my place attractive to buyers. He guided me through and was honest with me about the obstacles but always provided a solution. He always looked at the positives. When I was ready to purchase I had no reservation about contacting him again. Michael is extremely professional, a pleasure to work with and cared about finding me the right home that would make me happy. He was extremely patient which was not easy in this low inventory market and always made himself available to look at properties as quickly as possible. He knew how to continually hone in on my direction when I sent mixed signals. He listened to what I said and what I didn’t say to understand what I really wanted. His attention to detail, clear communication skills, and follow up are some of his greatest assets. Micheal helped and coached me through the entire buying process, helping with forms and board paperwork which can be confusing when purchasing a coop. We would look at properties and he would offer his wealth of advice on renovation ideas and has contacts available to see what might be possible before making an offer and getting locked in to a purchase. He has many years of experience and so knows his market areas well , even down to knowledge of the buildings in the many areas he covers. I can’t say enough except if I go through this process again, whether buying or selling I would only make one call. Michael, thank you again for all your help.
