Michael was wonderful, knowledgeable, very experienced. He told us which neighborhoods to look into and the ones to avoid. Michael video chatted with us to show us the different houses because we were in Chicago trying to buy a house in Arizona. Michael also meet with my son who also lives in Arizona to get his opinion on the houses. Michael also made us feel like family.
