Michael was amazing throughout our entire selling process and unfortunately not because of Michael but we encountered probably every speed bump one could imagine and he really got us through everything by overcoming each obstacle and easing our minds tremendously and still managed to get us to the closing table in a very timely manner!! Michael sold mom's home quickly. The issue that required care and persistence and professionalism was the transfer of the title and deed to the property. There were lingering issues with the estate but Michael knew how to deal with them. He also managed to keep the buyers fully atuned to what was going on, which necessitated a month delay in closing. He made it happen.
