Michael Stoffel proved to be the right choice, although there was never doubt in the first place. From our first meeting he arrived already having knowledge of the area, comps, etc. He was able to provide information that answered so many of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market we just had, the market real estate is entering and finding that price point that the spoke to both sides. Michael is very involved in community and has wide spread exposure with his social media platforms. My house was generating great buzz even before it’s official debut listing.
