Michael Sparacino

Michael has showed my boyfriend and I roughly 20 homes over the past 9 months. During that time he made sure all of our needs were met. Sometimes our schedule would only allow us to see homes on nights and weekends and Mike was always flexible. As I have mentioned, we looked at approximately 20 homes in a 9 month period. With that said, Mike was extremely patient. When we found the home we knew we wanted, he immediately put in our offer. He was able to negotiate the list price and was successful in doing so. In addition to his excellent negotiation skills, Mike is truly a kind-hearted and patient individual!
