Michael sold my home in 2017 and was great about everything. Every step in the process was clearly laid out and he was very good about sending reminders when certain things I needed to do was due. I would highly recommend him - he's extremely organized and very knowledgeable about different scenarios that may come up during the sale process. In addition to the house, my furnishings were on offer for the buyer to purchase if they wanted. Michael was very clear with his advice on that topic, the sale of my furnishings occurred when the property closed, and a check from the buyer was given to me at closing.
