Mike was extremely helpful throughout our whole home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable about what to look out for when walking through homes. He helped us buy our first home, and throughout the whole process he gave us very good advice, and never steered us wrong. We actually bought the first house we looked at! I know it's not normal, but I know this was because Mike spends the time to get to know you and exactly what you are looking for. He wants you to buy the perfect house, and puts a lot of work in for you. On several occasions, he pointed out things that inspectors may have caught, but before we even got to that stage. This allowed us to be extremely confident that when we found the house we fell in love with the inspection didn't turn up anything that we weren't already aware of (only minor things). Because of his years of experience, he was able to connect us with very reputable inspectors, which left us with fewer things to worry about. He always made himself available for whenever was best for our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Mike Smetana!
