It wasn’t his fault that it took so long — we only put in two offers during that time, but Mike was a trusted source of the Boston market throughout that time as he sent me listings, accompanied me to open houses, set up private showings, and reached out to his network for off-market listings fitting my specific criteria. Buying your first home is supposed to be stressful.
