Mike Severin provided consistently spot-on advice, specific answers to my questions, and timely responses to my concerns (mostly same day). The home buying sequence is a bit of a gaunlet run but Mike kept me on track during the time sensitive steps. His extensive housing experience allowed him to show me important infrastructure items as we walked through possible properties, allowing me to make a more informed choice in the end.
