Mike has been by far the greatest realtor I’ve worked with. I had reached out to other realtors and stated I was looking to buy an investment property and that this is my very first one. I have no idea what I’m looking for or how to begin the process of buying. They all either didn’t reply back, never followed up when I had questions, or was not friendly and didn’t bother to introduce themself until I came across an ad for Michael. He went above and beyond in the home buying process. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect property. His vast knowledge of real estate helped me find the best mortgage lender up to and including getting the best deal at closing. Being a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. Mike guided me through the process every step to the way. He provided great advice from getting the home appraisal, the home inspections, and how high or low of an offer I should go based on market trends and previous sales. The advice he provided was invaluable and I do not regret anything. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very personable, highly skilled in negotiations (especially when trying to get the best deal), and the most punctual person I know. He was there on time at every appointment and called me back as soon as the sellers signed the contract for sales.
