Over every step along the way, during the moments when the purchasers seemed to be trying to squeeze every little thing they could out of the deal, he was confident and able to ease our frustrations. When there was a bidding war on our home, he put 150% into proving to the appraiser why the home should value at the higher price justifying the higher price and in the end they agreed. We were very pleased with all of the efforts he put into the sale of our home.
