Mike Schmidt is everything a Buyer or a Seller can want in a Realtor

Mike Schmidt is everything a Buyer or a Seller can want in a Realtor. He helped us navigate difficult situations as both Buyers and a Sellers. Mike shares his deep knowledge and broad experience in buying and selling residential and rental properties. As fussy Buyers, we never exhausted Mike’s patience and willingness to show yet another property or tackle tough negotiations. As Sellers, he stood with us as we successfully challenged an unfair appraisal. As Buyers, Mike always knows specialist referrals when a house inspection identifies problems whether the issue is mold or structural soundness of an old addition. It’s with good reason that Mike Schmidt was honored by his peers as Realtor of the Year, and his clients return whenever they are Buying or Selling again
