My wife and I were first time home buyers brand new to the market. We knew some of the basics of buying a house, but definitely needed some guidance. Thankfully, Mike came as a referral and helped us through the process. From day one, he understood what we were looking for and gave his expert opinion when we needed help. When the time came to make an offer, he advised us on what was practical, and negotiated till we came to an agreement. Thank goodness Mike was there to help through the process from making the offer all the way to getting is the keys after we closed. There were a few very tedious moments in working with the other party involved, but Mike stuck with it and stayed on top of everything making sure what needed done to complete the transaction was completed. This included making sure a well pump cover had a bolt in it that was holding up the sale, literally.
