Michael preformed up and above of what you expect from realtor. Our property purchase was extremely difficult because it involved getting G.I. loan which was even more diffcult because of my age .78 yrs old and not in the computer base. Then Michael negotiated the price down $30,000 and even got us some furniture from the seller "free". He was always calm ,PROFFESIONAL, and truly cares about you as a friend ,and not a "client".we had many ups and downs, and iam sure he will not miss my late night frantic phones calls. Heres a real plus, thru this process you have to hire many individuals to complete the sale every single Vendor he suggested perfomed above expectation. If i were to give him a nick name it would be "COOL HAND LUKE". Michael Sayegh is a godsend to my wife and I. We recently purchased our first home. Thanks to Michael and to his colleagues Leigh Mchamon. They made our dream come true owning the dream home we've always talked about. From his understanding of Real Estate, Michael shared that knowledge to us. His persistent of getting things done was on cue. Calls and text,emails even when he is about to go to a conference. He was the one that would call you and making sure you have sign all the required documents because our hectic work schedule . He awaits patiently to any required discussions that we came across from houses that had wowed factor from houses that are so and so. As he would say "lets sleep on it, talk among yourself" we can discuss it in the morning. Michael made sure we had our bases covered from the likes and don't likes location, rooms and a bigger patio for parties that I will soon be having. From the first house he showed I already wanted to settle in, his that realtor who makes a bond to clients and listens. It has been 2 weeks now and he still makes time to give hand and make sure we are settled in. His name truly serves its meaning. My wife and I met a Real Estate agent and ended up with a friend!!
