Effective & hard working Agent
Michael did awesome job for our property in Belmont CA. He brought contractors to upgrade the house and oversaw their activities. We seldomly interfaced with the contractors. He timed the sale so we get the maximum and also worked worked with all the parties for delayed closing due to buyers fund availability. His staging and presentation worked very well and we sold the house quickly. The bottom line is you can depend on him to orchestrate all involved parties from contractors to buying agent etc. to sell the house quickly to highest value.
