MICHAEL helped the reviewer sell this property

We met with Mike long before we were ready to...

We met with Mike long before we were ready to put our home on the market because we needed to understand our options, and more importantly we needed motivation to get going on the process. Mike dealt graciously with our strong personalities as he patiently guided us through our home sale preparation. Mike has a great attention to detail, but also has the ability to see the bigger picture, and he was always accessible with speedy follow up. When we were ready to sell, Mike made the listing process easy - and was quickly making contacts for showings. Despite a tough market in our neighborhood, Mike was able to position our home so it would sell - and it did sell quickly. Mike uses a home stager and a professional photographer and we believe that this makes all the difference in the on-line viewer's opinion of the home. Mike did a fantastic job of showcasing our home on every website and that is exactly how our buyer became interested. Mike worked very hard for us and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. He is an expert negotiator and we were thankful to have him working for us. Mike is flexible, accommodating, honest, patient, understanding and a true professional. We very much appreciate the extra effort he made, the time he invested, and the patience he exhibited.
