Mike was amazing! This was my wife and I first home buying experience ever. He made it simple for us and always had his phone by his side to answer any questions we had throughout our entire process. After telling him exactly what kind of home we were looking for and our price range he went to work and sent us many options to choose from. My wife and I did some personal research as well as far as area we would like to live and what kind of home. Mike was able to narrow those options and we found the home we wanted our first day of looking! I must also add that Mike doesn’t put any pressure on you to buy. The minute we said we didn’t like a home he would listen to our reasons and off we went to something that better suit our needs. Michael was very knowledgable in the local neighborhoods and is well versed in investment properties. He not only helped me identify and purchase an investment property, but also quickly set it up for rental and secured a tenant very quickly. When looking for a house I found a house that I liked and wanted to see. Being out of state, I thought it was going to take a long time and stressful. Mike was the agent Zillow found for me. (I was so lucky to find him). On short notice he showed us 3 homes. We made an offer with in a couple days. There was a ton of communication from Mike. He found us a lender and the whole process was very simple. We were explained the process step by step. The time line was accurate. I was very impressed with the ease of the purchase. I will use Mike to buy another home, when we are ready to!!

We’ve gone with Michael for two of our homes and he’s always made the process easy. As first time buyers in 2016, buying was so easy and quick. We knew we wanted someone who was knowledgeable and easy to work with so we went with Michael again for the selling and buying process. Everything went great and worked out. We were in a time crunch with wanting to put in an offer on a home and he was able to get a listing with photos of the home we were selling rather quickly! He was very knowledgeable and knew the area and exactly what we were wanting in our new home. We never felt pressured and honestly we would recommend him over and over.

We starting speaking with Michael a couple years before actually moving to Meridian. One visit, he met with us and showed us some potential homes and the local area, including the Villages of Meridian (which we love). He's very professional, knowledgeable, flexible with our schedules and eager to answer our questions and concerns. Additionally, Michael put us in touch with a great lender, insurance company and provided phone numbers/names of the utilities in the area. I would work with Michael again and am already referring anyone we know who is considering moving to contact him. He's the best!
