The right one at the right time!

We first met Mike a year ago when the market was absolutely crazy. Mike helped us through several attempts on homes, and ultimately we decided to wait. Mike touched base with us, continued to show us homes, and updated our preferences as we learned the area. When we decided it was time to move forward again, Mike was there waiting with a list ready to go. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and thoughtful about what homes he showed us and the location they were in. He took us to a home that I'm not sure we'd have looked at otherwise, in the exact location I had mentioned loving. Not only was the location perfect, but the home ended up being an amazing fit for our family, completely redone and full of potential for our future. Mike expertly guided us through a "best offer" to place a contending bid, and then handled an less-than-ideal inspection report with wisdom and tact. We never once doubted Mike's handling of what would become our new home! Our girls loved seeing houses with "Mr. Mike" and he answered their questions as if they were just as important as ours. Mike walked with us for a year to find not just a house, but a home we could feel secure in bringing our girls home to, and we are forever grateful for his professionalism and expertise! This is truly someone you want in your corner if you are in the market for a home, and if I can ever be pried away from the house we just bought, he will be our only choice to list as well. Thank you is not enough for someone who literally was responsible for bringing our family home!
