Mike is a very nice kind person. He got me a very good price for my house quickly. He was responsive to my questions and concerns during the process. He got the job done. He was professional... if I had to change something..it would be on the back end processes of inspections.. Mike knows which inspections are needed since this is his job. I would have preferred that he would have set up all the inspections initially instead of waiting until each was done and then scheduling the next one. I think the back end process can be done in 3 weeks instead of 4..It doesn't sound like much maybe to some people, but if you are supporting two properties the extra time added to the back end.. means extra cost for A/C, lawn maintenance..etc.
