We recently closed on our new home with Michael, and he is simply the best. Not only is Michael incredibly knowledgeable, familiar with neighborhoods, and in touch with the market trends, he is a great person backed by a strong team. He is always up for seeing a house, has clear communication, was patient with our year plus of house shopping to find the perfect one, able to point out strengths and weaknesses of houses as we walked through them, and is a genuinely nice guy to spend all of that house shopping quality time together with. Ultimately, the house we loved had 14 offers in, and Michael made it happen.
