I recently worked with Michael on my first home purchase and I feel his defining quality is an uncanny ability to assess where you are and lead you to where you can be. Home buying can be about finding the forever home.. or it can be about making the right investment at the right time. A passionate person who is equally tuned into the city, the lifestyle and the physical structure is an invaluable resource to answer these questions, be available and ease anxieties. It’s a bonus that he’s also really fun to hang out with and has great culinary tastes. I feel very fortunate to have met Michael and look forward to working with him when I am ready to purchase next.
