How do we know we’re making the right choices in big life decisions such as buying a home? If you’re anything like me you might feel like right now you are in an unfamiliar world filled with new acronyms that can be dizzying. That’s when having someone in your corner makes all the difference. I recently worked with Michael on my first home purchase and I feel his defining quality is an uncanny ability to assess where you are and lead you to where you can be. Home buying can be about finding the forever home.. or it can be about making the right investment at the right time. A passionate person who is equally tuned into the city, the lifestyle and the physical structure is an invaluable resource to answer these questions, be available and ease anxieties. It’s a bonus that he’s also really fun to hang out with and has great culinary tastes. I feel very fortunate to have met Michael and look forward to working with him when I am ready to purchase next.

Mike Robleto is an amazing real estate agent. I had watched other family members deal with bad real estate agents, but from the moment my wife and I met Mike, we knew he was different, and he really cared. ??Our search ended up being far more difficult than we would have liked, with very specific requirements, an interruption because of a death in the family, and then of course COVID-19 happened. All told over the year and a half+ it took us to finally find our home (not for lack of trying or great offers made), we ended up seeing well over 100 homes with him, and we found a place that truly was the best place for us.??In COVID-19 he followed all protocols, always wore a mask, and we always felt safe.??He was a great support and help through the entire process of finding and buying our home, and even after our purchase, he still was there answering questions and offering help or advice when we needed it. I can’t imagine having a better experience with a realtor and cannot possible recommend him enough. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

My Wife and I recently relocated to the LA area for a change in employment. I was introduced to Mike by a mutual friend but had no personal experience with working him at the time. For me, I'm an OCD control freak by a fault, I want to know the answer to every question and understand all options completely before making any decision on even the smallest detail. I am not the ideal client for sure. Let me say, Mike was organized, responsive, and diligent in getting me all of the info as it was requested. Our home buying experience started before we moved to the area when we arranged to fly in and tour some towns/ areas to get a lay of the land before narrowing in on a specific neighborhood to begin our shopping. Mike and his wife pick me and my wife up from the airport and took us on a tour of beach cities for the day. This was an all-day experience but well worth it as Mike was prepared with printed city overview packets that we discussed as we visited each city. These packets were filled with info, from school system rating, crime reports, medium age, everything my little OCD mind needed to feel well informed. We didn't want to rush into buying something before we made the move so Mike also arranged a temporary place for us to live once we had made the move to the area. Once we found the home we always dreamed of owning, this is where Mike really went to work and made our buying experience as painless as possible. A simple and quick transaction. I would, without a doubt, recommend Mike to anyone wanting to work with a detail focused, no-nonsense, power relator who goes to bat for his client. I have never experienced such a buying "partner" who would go the extra 100 miles to make sure we felt confident, secure, and well informed during such a major transaction.
