Michael Robertson handled my real estate transaction with expertise, detail and efficiency.  In my case, I needed to first sell my home in Texas from here in Colorado, then find and purchase my new property in Colorado.  I didn’t even know where to start…did the Texas house need repairs?  What condition would it be in at this point?  What contractors should I hire to take care of it for me?  What Realtor in Texas should I trust to handle that sale?  Michael made sure everything coordinated! Michael took the initiative from here in Colorado to find a great Texas Realtor for me to use, and communicated well with the Texas Realtor to make everything necessary happen for the sale, as well as keep me informed about what was going on and answer any questions I might have from time to time, no matter how ignorant they might be.  The Texas property sold in two days, with a cash offer well over list price.  Repairs were minimal, and only included the necessary ones.  I am very happy with the way the Texas sale went, and how Michael took charge to oversee it, even though it was happening in Texas. For the Colorado purchase, Michael sent me dozens of listings every day that met very specific criteria to suit my needs, to view online to find the select few I wanted to see in person.  I found the perfect home very quickly, in only a matter of a few days, and Michael knew the market so well that we were able to get the first appointment to see the home, and made an offer that day that was accepted.  My closing happened in only two weeks, and the whole transaction had no hang ups. MR. Robertson proofed that he very intelligible of the real estate. MR. Robertson did a great job of letting me of what needed what needed done to get the house ready. He checks with me on an ongoing base to make sure that I was on tract with task to meet the time frame for getting the house on the market. MR Robertson was very realistic about pricing the house. The house went on the right time as result there only one showing.
