Michael Robe is a very professional and detail oriented person. Over the period of a couple of months we would go out on Open House runs and Michael was very prepared as to the type of property, the types of amenities, reliability of the heaters, air/conditioners, and other particulars of each property before we set foot in the house. He is extremely responsive and if he does not have an answer, he makes a call and finds the answer. The property we chose ended up being a distressed property with several liens, mortgages, which required more work on his end just to tie up the loose ends. He made us fully aware of the responsibilities we had that were different from a standard transaction so there were no surprises. Kudos to him for making sure he covered all angles leaving no stone un-turned. When another opportunity arises to purchase more property I will not hesitate to contact him first.
