What can I say? Mike made the experience of buying a new home and selling our old home as painless as anyone could possibly imagine. He was able to offer expert advice and insight into both buying and selling. He helped us from making any rash decisions and kept us focused on finding what we wanted when we wanted it. He was calming during stressful times and was a real pro during the negotiation process. But best of all, he is one of the most decent human beings we've been fortunate to meet. Our closing was moved from a Friday to the following Monday, and due to a work commitment my husband could not get out of, he was not able to attend. Out of sheer kindness, Mike showed up at the closing because in his own words "I didn't want you to be here alone. I want you to see a familiar face."
