Mike is OUTSTANDING! He was truly helpful in the sale of My Dads trailer in Florida, as I live in NH and was unable to travel long distance. He took care of the cleaning, donations, EVERYTHING to do with the preparation of and selling the trailer. He was always very positive and upbeat... If only there were more stars!!!! My mom passed away suddenly in November. I flew down from NH completely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done to settle her affairs. I thought I would be in for several trips and hours of work to get it all done. It took one meeting with Mike-and I was able to fly home knowing we were in great hands! Not only would he take care of the sale for us, but would oversee any and all work that needed to be done. He met with cleaners, handyman, arranged donations, and even let my mom's friends in to collect keepsakes. He sat with me, listened to all of my requests and reassured me at every turn. Even after having a health scare himself, he followed up the day after his procedure, lol! I so enjoyed our frequent check ins and his wonderful positive attitude. My calls, texts and emails were answered right away! I logged onto Zillow hoping to find someone trustworthy to sell the property. It was the one bright spot in this dark time when Mike road up in his golf cart! To say I would recommend him is an understatement!
When we called Mike to see if he would list our home, we were in another state and he was on vacation in yet another state. He was on it immediately! Our home was sold within a week!!! Mike kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. He kept us up to date on everything that was happening and responded to all of our questions.
