Mike listed and sold our home! Our home was a somewhat unique case with little to nothing around to look at as “comparable”. We had the place destroyed when he came to view the house. He walked through the house and yard and looked at everything thoroughly. After discussing everything we were doing to get the house ready, he gave an idea on a listing price that was almost exactly what we had in mind. Throughout the whole process, he has been very knowledgeable and his communication has been top notch!
