A+ - fantastic, quick and easy sale of our home!
This was our first experience in selling a home, so we were a little nervous and unsure how to proceed. We'd lived in our home for over 15 years, and it badly needed some repairs and upgrades to get it up to market value. Michael was with us every step of the way, helping us navigate through a fairly extensive home refurbish all the way through to the sale. Our house sold in 6 days, and because of his expertise, advice and patience, we got our price. Closing the deal was a breeze. Michael not only made it easy, but he actually made it a really enjoyable experience. You can't ask for a better person to represent you in any realtor situation. He's our guy from here on.
