Michael was very helpful in my purchasing my house and selling my previous house. I wasn't sure I could afford to upgrade my house. Michael was very knowledgeable with the process and procedure and I was able to do just that. He also sold my previous house in a timely fashion, so I didn't have to worry about the upkeep on two properties (Yard work, snow removal, etc.). I would definitely recommend Michael to family and friends.

Incredible!!!!! Michael Rabideau sold my house in less then a day, and we got more then we asked for!!! I have to say the first experience I had in buying a home 3 years ago was less then satisfying. I wish I would have known Michael then. I literally was updated everyday, always kept in the loop and it made my wife and I feel at ease. I was leaving to another state and he took care of everything. Very nice, very kind and always professional. I wish I could use him in finding a house in WV. He was extremely communicative through the whole process, immediately responsive to emails, calls, and texts, and took initiative to contact me with regular updates. Even after the sale was completed, he continued to look out for me as I settled into a new city, letting me know of local events and providing contacts for contractors and city resources. Michael made a complicated sale and an out-of-state move feel easy. I cannot possibly imagine a more courteous, resourceful, and effective realtor, and I recommend him enthusiastically and wholeheartedly.
