My commitment to you:
I will never push you to buy a home. You will have to tell me when we have found the right home for you. I will always fight for the best deal I can get for you. I am a tough negotiator and I have techniques where my clients have won multiple offers without having the highest offer. The highest offer is not always the best offer. The best offer is the offer that most appeals to the seller. It is not always about money.
I am always available for you. You can reach me from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. If we have a deal going and it is urgent, I will respond up to midnight. If my eyes are open, I am working. I will always tell you the blunt truth. I do my best to ensure that you understand everything and don't make a mistake. I will point out any defects that I see in homes. I have a good eye for potential issues that others miss. I am not a home inspector, engineer or expert on home construction, but I will refer you to great people who are when it is appropriate. I am very knowledgeable and have a great layman's understand of potential issues.
I am more educated than most Realtors. I have earned numerous designations and certifications that have elevated my skill level above the others. I am the son of one of Metro Detroit's top producing agents. My father also owned and taught at the Michigan Real Estate Academy. My grandfather was a Realtor and a builder. My great grandfather was a builder. I guess you can say real estate is in my blood. I have worked in this industry for decades. In the 90's, I was a mortgage loan officer at Flagstar Bank. I then worked in property management, managing over 500 properties prior to becoming a Realtor. My coworkers have a nickname for me. They call me the Google of Real Estate, or just Google for short. I mentor agents and teach people how to conduct their business in a professional manner and perform at the highest level of performance.
