15 years ago I hired Mike to find a house for me in the hills of Clermont, FL. This was to be my first house purchase and I had heard all the horror stories of others. I guess I got lucky, Mike took care of everything. Mike had taken me to a few houses and it wasn’t too long before he knew more about what I was looking for than I did. At that point everything went very quickly with no hiccups - or real stress. My biggest job was to put my trust in Mike and get the items to him when he said we needed them and the next thing I knew I was getting cramps in my arms after signing so many closing documents. When I decided to sell in 2023 I got in touch with Mike, this time to ask for his help in selling the same house he assisted me in buying. Experience was very similar. Mike showed my similar properties that had recently sold and those that were currently on the market. We got comfortable with the asking price and Mike went to work. Photos, listing and interested buyers began taking their look. I think I had feedback within a day from most all viewings. Before you knew it there were 2 offers that were in the ballpark. Quick closing and I was off to my next residence I would strongly recommend Mike and if I find myself interested in returning to Central Florida Mike will be one of the first calls I make

He was able to convey what we should list our house at with real support from the market on previous sales, what was currently on the market, school zone impacts, and other factors. Mike got our house under contract in approx. 5 days which was needed as we had a contingent offer on a home we were trying to purchase. Mike was there at every step of the way including closing and actually helped me do some of the moving! I'd highly recommend Mike for either a purchase or sale of a home.
