Michael helped the reviewer buy this property

The best decision we made was hiring Mike

I'm a first-time home buyer, and I'll be honest: I have trust issues, and I don't hand out trust easily. Mike earned mine, and somewhere along the way he earned my friendship too. Through every bump in the road, Mike stayed calm and reassuring. He always laid out the options and explained them clearly. I'm a natural pessimist, but he made me feel he had my back the whole way. He was endlessly patient with a first-timer like me, explaining everything in detail and answering every question almost instantly. At times it felt like he was working 24/7 just for us. Mike is funny and a delight to work with, but when it's time to defend your interests, he turns into a Lion! And paired with Tatiana, they became what we called the "dream team." His experience and network run deep. He recommended an excellent closing agent, inspector, and other professionals, and every one of them delivered quality work. If Mike recommends someone, you can trust them as much as you trust him. Five stars isn't enough. Highly, highly recommended.
