Through every bump in the road, Mike stayed calm and reassuring. He always laid out the options and explained them clearly. I'm a natural pessimist, but he made me feel he had my back the whole way. He was endlessly patient with a first-timer like me, explaining everything in detail and answering every question almost instantly. At times it felt like he was working 24/7 just for us.
