My experience with Michael Phillips and KW Legacy was beyond exceptional. Michael assisted me during the sale of my house and afterwards in finding a new house. He always made sure that I was fully informed throughout the process by going through the contract and answering any questions that I had. What impressed me the most was that Michael and his group were very knowledgeable of house value in regard to neighborhoods, local schools, and demand. I felt safe knowing that I was working with someone who was extremely knowledgeable and most of all looking out for my best interest.
