Never gave up

After 5 months of no offers and the house being taken off of the market, Michael was able to sell our house for full asking. We had lowered the price by $12k and still no offers. We rented the house and Michael never gave up o selling this property. A previous buyer called back and Michael was able to close the deal at the original asking price.
