I had reached out to Michael Perry, After I was not get respond from four other realtor I was working, or they were not fits for the job. One had told me I do not sell home under for this amount, second one you would not find a home for this price never get a listing from him, third one I was told I never been in this neighbors hood etc and fourth one no action no email. But thanks for Zillow my friend had looked it up so Michael, name has pop up and I am glad I had picked him now I am in my beautiful home "YES." He had took initiative once I had reached out to him so he listened and willing to meets me and show me different property. Very responsive he had told me I am your realtor I am your eyes so things I don not noticed he had.
