Michael's expertise on the local Boston real estate left no debt in my mind that each and every question that was asked Michael answered honestly!!! Michael is very impressive with his negotiating skills. His attention to detail is excellent. His response time to calls, emails, etc is immediate. Appointments were kept to the minute and no waiting time with Michael. You ask and he will do whatever it takes to get you what you need. Mike was amazing to work with. He is a hungry professional: he worked day and night making sure I saw the homes I wanted to see while offering his own perspective. Ultimately, I believe I got a better house than I could have imagined in the beginning of my first time home buying experience. Mike dealt not only with me but with multiple family members and a girlfriend who all had their own opinions on homes and offers. I promise that there was enough information and voices to make anyone feel crazy and instead of even politely asking for less, he professionally managed all the input, organized it (in impeccable spreadsheet format shared with all my family/friends I involved), and kept us all on the same page. I could not imagine a better home buying experience, especially for a first time home buyer. Mike was available to me day and night via email/call/text/online chat, frequently answering questions in the middle of the night when I was sweating over a last minute question.
