He was very knowledgeable about all the things you would want your real estate agent to be -- the current market; different neighborhoods within my search area; what might need fixing/updating, ways to do it, and the relative cost, what was incidental and what might turn out to be major; keeping me informed of any new developments; providing me with possible solutions to problems; & really diligent about getting me in to see properties I was interested in a frenzied market. Michael listened to what was important to me as well as helping me to clarify & prioritize my requirements: he kept me on track when I became distracted or confused. He was right on target with bids. And, especially important, Michael was very professional & highly ethical.
