This was not an easy sale from his standpoint - it was an estate and we live 200 miles away -- counting on him to handle all aspects of preparing the house for sale. He was great about responding to emails and text messages quickly, provided us with solid guidance around pricing, and helped make my first home-selling experience easy and quick. You would have a difficult time finding someone better to put your home in the hands of than Michael. He did a great job for us.

Michael , Had the difficult task of reconciling the wishes of myself and my wife and did so flawlessly .
