He graduated from Louisiana State University, where he lettered in tennis and earned all SEC honors as a top collegiate tennis player in the U.S. After graduating, Mike played professional tennis and later established the Gainesville Tennis Academy at Westside Park. While managing his tennis academy, where thousands of students learned, competed and excelled, Mike began investing in residential properties, flex-office/warehouse projects and small office buildings. Mike is very familiar with new construction and remodeling of properties. He has built several homes for his family, remodeled several investment properties and has built several spec homes for resale alongside Joyner Construction Partners in the Gainesville area. With a focus on building strong relationships, Mike specializes in flex office/warehouse space, small to mid-sized commercial properties, multi-family units and office buildings.
