Probably the easiest Real estate deals I have ever done! Michael was the perfect salesman in that he asked what we were looking for and he showed us the first property which we had given him a list of properties we wanted to look at that we had found on a multiple listing site in Oregon. He answered all questions that he could and got back to us with the answer in a speedy time frame. But when he took us to the second property we fell in love with the place. Michael opened all the doors and walked us in and said look around and if you have questions let me know. He would lead us to the houses and pump house and a giant garden. He negotiated the wood splitter in the deal. He was courteous and was well aware of what we asked for. He found our property in just one day!
